Terms and Conditions

DEPOSITS 

Deposit are required for all hair services.

Deposit is due at time of booking, remaining balance due time of service. IF YOUR APPOINTMENT TURNS INTO A NO-CALL NO-SHOW YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DEPOSIT. Guest are allowed one booking change per deposit, if notified before 24 hours of appointment. Failure to obtain changes will not be refunded.

LATE POLICY

Arriving 10 minutes after your appointment time, guest will be charged a $10 late fee or at risk for appointment being rescheduled or canceled.

CANCELLATION

Guest must cancel 24 hours from scheduled appointment time. Failure of cancelation 24 hours in advance will  be charged a $25 cancelation fee. Fee must be paid before or at next appointment. 

NO-CALL NO-SHOW

Guest failure to notify you will not be able to make it to your appointment will  forfeitt there deposit or be charged a $20 fee 2.or more NO-CALL 

NO-SHOW will not be allowed to make future reservations without paying fee and full payment fo future reservations that will be non- refundable. 

Appointments 

Guest with appointment will only be allowed in Salon. (including children). Guest who are under 18 will need a parent/guardian consent. Underage guest with appointments are allowed one parent to accompany them. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Failure to comply will result in appointment canceled or required to reschedule appointment .

WAIVER 

All guest are required to complete and sign a waiver before receiving services at xxiv7even Skin. Subject to complete and sign waiver every 3 months.  

V.I.P Rewards 

Every dollars spent with xxiv7even Skin will receive a point. Points reaching point value will receive exclusive discounts and perks. To become a V.i. P Reward member you must:

- Follow @xxiv7evenskin on instagram.

-Leave review on yelp or google.

-Sign up for e-mail subscription. 

RETOUCH

Guest are allowed 48 hours after reservation to make any corrections for missed patches or hair left behind. NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER 48 HOURS.

MEDICATION POLICY

Guest who are taking Retina A or medication similar must stop using 7 day in advance and after waxing. Guest taking Accutane or similar prescription treatment, have to wait 6 months before waxing any part of the face or body.
